​CHURCHILL ORCHESTRA BOOSTER ASSOCIATION NOVEMBER 4, 2019 MEETING MINUTES

Call to Order 6:38 pm

1. Treasurer's Report will be posted on website 
a. One scholarship still pending, payment will be sent for 2nd semester (January 2020)

2. COBA Officers NEEDED for 2020/2021 calendar year --- Fundraiser
a. Simply Sheets fundraiser begins Nov 1st, ends Nov 22nd

3. Red Bird Costume was purchased in thanks to Christa Aldrich & HEB

4. New York Trip
a. Rental of 4 Bass & 8 Cellos  -  quotes are pending

5. New Business
a. Feeding Students for Holiday Concert  -  sandwiches 
b. Cookies & Juice for 5th grade Holiday Concert –  purchase Or possible HEB donation; possible 300 kids
c. Roses for senior parents at Holiday Concert – to be purchased by Carrie
d. TV for announcements – on hold until next month
e. Shelving in dungeon – on hold until next month

Dec 14 – Orchestra Holiday Party in Orchestra room 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Dec 18 – 5th Grade Holiday Concert
